Safe removal of an asbestos cement water tank from the loft space of a residential property in Billericay.

The tank was carefully disconnected, dismantled where required, and removed under controlled conditions to prevent unnecessary disturbance of the asbestos-containing material. Due to restricted access within the loft space, additional care was taken to protect the surrounding areas during the removal process.

We were instructed to carry out the complete demolition and removal of a single garage in Swaffham. The structure consisted of asbestos cement roof tiles and asbestos cement side panels fixed to a timber frame construction.
